Fixing factual details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, hours, and services can all be corrected when you submit the right information paired with proof we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm and apply a correction, it stays in place through future data refreshes and won't be overwritten.

Challenging your score or reviews

Scores are never manually adjusted. A dispute works differently: you flag that the input data itself is wrong, such as your profile being matched to the wrong business, reviews being tagged to your listing incorrectly, or a review summary misrepresenting what clients actually wrote. We'll re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher score; it's a claim that the data feeding the score is incorrect.

Requesting removal

Your listing is removed if your business is permanently closed, it's a duplicate entry, or it falls outside the directory's scope. Our monthly verification cycle also catches and removes closed businesses on its own. If your business is accurate and in scope, we may decline a removal request, and we'll explain why in plain terms.
